What do the condition labels mean?
Every item is labeled New, Open Box, or Used, with its own condition notes, cosmetic flaws and testing notes on the product page. Items whose condition hasn't been verified yet can't be purchased.
What comes in the box?
Each product page has a "What's included" list, plus any missing accessories and whether the original packaging is included. If something isn't listed as included, assume it isn't.
How do I order?
Add an item to your cart and check out with our secure payment page. Most items are one-of-a-kind, so an item is only reserved for you once payment is confirmed.
How does shipping work?
